Page views, source and time spent on website are part of the user website activities information we can see with this cookie. This information cannot be tracked back to any individuals as it is displayed as depersonalised numbers; this is in order to help protect your privacy whilst using our website.

Wilton Waste Recycling Ltd complies with all its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) in all our business activities.

We will ensure that only the minimum amount of data is accumulated, and that all data is precise and up to date. No data shall be stored for any longer that is necessary, and all data is stored securely.

When you download or utilise our mobile application or log in to your online account, we accumulate the following personal information from you: your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and a record of transactions you have undertaken with us. During the process of downloading our mobile application , any personal data that you provide to us will be held by Wilton Waste Recycling Ltd in confidence and in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements relating to the obtaining, retention, processing and use of personal data as stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulations.

All data processors used by our company are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations.  As most of the Data we hold is stored electronically, we have implemented appropriate IT security measures to ensure that personal data is kept secure.  We have procedures in place at our premises to keep any hard copy records physically secure. We regularly train our staff on data protection and information security to reinforce the importance of the General Data Protection Regulations.

For each visitor to our web page, our web server will not hold any information regarding the domain or email address.

If you supply us with your postal address you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding enquiries placed online.
